1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on v444. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details or another person's — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided.

You must not allow any other person to use your v444 account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact v444 support immediately.

v444 may require identity verification (commonly called KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or when the platform identifies unusual activity. This may include submitting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal access.

4. Deposits

Deposits at v444 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and their minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page.

• Only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your v444 wallet once confirmed by the payment provider. Most methods reflect instantly; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• v444 does not charge deposit fees from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• v444 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any gaming activity may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal process. Funds associated with an active bonus may be subject to additional conditions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your v444 wallet are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed on the Withdrawal page.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being completed on your account.
• v444 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals to a third-party payment account (one not belonging to the account holder) will not be processed.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted with incomplete or incorrect payment details, the request will be returned. v444 is not responsible for funds delayed or lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the user.
• v444 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not a reflection on the individual account holder.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

v444 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. This means bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• v444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms in place at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your wallet. Real money is used first in gameplay unless the active bonus structure specifies otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when you have an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

7. Game Rules

All games available on v444 — including slots, fish games, live casino tables, sports betting and esports — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game or betting market, in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for slot and casino games, and by real-world events for sports and esports betting markets.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, v444 will attempt to resolve the round using recorded server data. If the round cannot be fairly resolved, the stake for that round will be returned to the player.
• Winnings calculated in error due to software malfunction will not be honoured. v444 will correct the account balance and communicate the reason for any adjustment made.
• For sports and cricket betting — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other live markets — settlement is based on official match results. In the event of a match abandonment or result reversal by the governing body, bets will be settled according to v444's sports betting rules for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types. These are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed.

8. Account Security

• v444 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet outages, or disruptions outside our direct control.

• In all cases, v444's maximum liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

Either party may close a v444 account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact v444 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to identity verification being complete.

v444 may suspend or permanently close your account if you are found to have breached any part of these Terms. In cases of breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used in breach-related activity will ordinarily be returned, though v444 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
